King Panda Games
Sushi Go Party! is one of the rare games we have scored 5/5 Bamboo and 5/5 Pandas, and it earned both of them. What makes the deluxe box better than the original tin is the menu: you decide which dishes are in play before anyone touches a card, so two nights in a row can feel like two different games. It is also more cutthroat than the cheerful artwork suggests, which people usually discover the first time somebody counts the pudding.
New to it? The review explains those scores and names the one group we think should skip it. If you already own the little tin, Sushi Go vs Sushi Go Party! answers the upgrade question honestly, including the cases where the original is still the right call.
For tables already playing, our menu ranking covers all four presets and how to build a custom one without accidentally making a boring game. The scoring reference settles what every dish pays and how the maki and uramaki placings work, and if you want to win more often, the strategy guide will try to talk you out of sashimi.
